Voice-over, also known as off-camera or off-stage commentaries is a production process and technique where we incorporate a voice that is not part of the narrative in radio, television production, filmmaking, theater, or other presentations in form of a narration.
What usually happens is, a voice-over artist or a specialist voice talent voices out a script on a recording instrument, sound engineers then synchronize this recording with either an already exiting voiceless video or a grid of motion pictures.
